Although the AWS outage is ongoing, Amazon appears to have resolved the specific issue that was delaying email deliveries on our platform, and we’re starting to see the backlog of emails being delivered successfully. Our platform is capable of delivering large volumes of emails rapidly, so we don’t expect the backlog to take long to deliver.

AWS’s outage has expanded, and it’s now delaying emails from being delivered on our platform. Our platform is designed to be resilient to these kinds of issues, so our customers’ emails have not been lost; our platform will continue to re-attempt delivery until the outage is resolved on Amazon’s end.
